Full Continuity Programme

The FAST approach has turned business continuity on its head. It's made continuity an affordable and practical part of any business. However, some clients may have for a variety of reasons be in a position where they want top follow a traditional full life cycle approach.

This approach is most applicable to large corporates where they are regulated or mandated to follow a prescriptive apporach.

6. Maintain your capability - Incorporate learning from testing and any changes in your business.

For continuity to remain aligned you need to add a change processes and broadly repeat the steps starting at 1 annually.
