The hot news - great value for you and fair rewards for us!Here's some common concerns of our typical clients: Will we get in your hair?Unlike traditional approaches we do the bulk of the work, not you! Most of it is done back at our office and not in yours. Which means you won't have our consultants moving into your offices for months on end. How big are most projects and how long does it take? Most engagements involve 2 Open Continuity consultants and last about 3 weeks (elapsed time). However, this depends entirely on the range of services you select and scale of your business. We currently have a piece of work for a large credit card company that is 20 man months. How much time and effort is required from your staff? We will need to interview a number of your key staff. Interviews will take about an hour. In addition to interviews we will also require those people that are going to have a key roll in the recovery of your business in a crisis to undertake a briefing session on their role and partake in scenario exercise. Will you staff need training?Yes. Everyone in the organisation will need an awareness of the plan and how it effects them. Staff with key roles will need more focused training. Having said this, the scenario based approach gives hands on training and provides the very best preparation for your staff. How do you stay in control?Clarity is key. At the outset we agree the key milestones and measures of success. We report as agreed against these and you have the final say over if a milestone has been achieved. If you're not happy you don't pay. Who do you get?Open Continuity is owned by its consultants. Our consultants have been selected for real world experience, customer focus and ability to execute our market proven systems. As business owners they are committed to growing their business by delivering value and quality to their customers. They have held senior roles in industry and consultancy, which means you're getting partner level expertise forged by business owner mentality. How can we help?We have many ways of working companies, click here to find out more |
