We use a unique, market proven approach that swaps the normal continuity life cycle around so that we start with a scenario exercise and use the learning from this to put in place an instant plan based on knowledge of what you really must do to manage a crisis. From over 100 engagements, and speaking to our peers, we'd realised that not only did it take too long to get a plan in place for clients.
